Maximus

A bold, high-rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Unfiltered, robust, and engineered for the traditionalist.
In the ancient world, Maximus was a title reserved for the greatest;the highest peak of achievement. In the Bluegrass, we believe greatness isn't given; it is engineered. Western Meadow 'Maximus' is our unapologetic foundation. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon is forged with a high-rye mash bill and aged in heavy-char oak, resulting in a bold, spice-forward profile that commands the room. No gimmicks, no shortcuts. Just the maximum expression of what a Kentucky bourbon should be.
Ambrose
The Honey-Finished Bourbon
Finished in proprietary honey-cured barrels from our estate apiary.
Legend tells of a swarm of bees that landed on the infant Ambrose, leaving a drop of honey on his tongue as a sign of his future eloquence. He became the 'Honey-Tongued Doctor' and the patron of beekeepers. We carry that miracle into every bottle. After our 'Maximus' bourbon reaches maturity, it is rested in barrels cured with our own estate-harvested Western Meadow honey. The result is a divine harmony of charred oak and floral sweetness—a spirit as persuasive and smooth as the saint himself. Blessed be the bees.
